There is a £12.00 delivery charge for orders under £120.00.
This means that all orders over £120 are delivered free of charge. That’s right, no carriage or delivery charge at all. That’s all part of getting true trade prices on everything.
All orders received before 3pm will be processed and sent to our distribution centre the same day.
We’ll always aim to deliver to you within 4 days of you placing an order. If it’s going to take longer we’ll contact you by email.
On all orders, you will get a confirmation of your preferred delivery address with your order confirmation.
Our delivery service for Ceramics can deliver to England and Wales only at present.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, for any reason, we offer a 21 day no quibble returns policy. Return your product to us and we’ll refund you.
After 30 days, you can exchange your product for another one up to 365 days after receiving it.* Simply email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll arrange for either a prepaid returns label to be sent to you, or for a courier to collect the returned item(s). We'll also be happy to arrange any alternative items to be sent to you.
Before returning your items, please complete the returns section of your delivery note. If you don't have this, you can download a returns form here.

Whilst all our products pass strict quality standards and our ceramic products are shipped via a special hand delivery service, on very rare occasions you may find an item arrives damaged.
Please make sure you take time to inspect your goods as soon as you receive them and let us know within 28 days of receipt if an item is damaged, by calling us on 02380 972 475 or sending an email to email@example.com. Once the damage has been confirmed, we’ll ensure its replaced free of charge immediately.
We won't charge you a restocking fee for returning your products, but you will be required to pay the transportation costs associated with the return. This will depend on the size, weight and type of item(s) being returned.

If you find a cheaper price we'll match it.
Simply send us a print out, screen shot or a link to a competitor’s site with a lower cost to email@example.com, ensuring, date and price are shown and we will match the competitor price if within policy.

Does Tradebase offer a Priority Delivery Service?
At Tradebase, we can offer you next day and special delivery services on many of the items that we promote. If you would like more information on what we are able to offer specifically, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will I receive an order confirmation?
After placing an order with tradebase, either on tradebase.com or via email, you will receive an order confirmation after the payment has been processed. This order will have confirmation of items ordered, prices and delivery address along with your unique order reference for your records.
Can I edit my delivery address or add addresses?
To add, edit or change delivery addresses, please login to your account, using the login function on the top right hand corner of the site to access your account. Once there, follow the on screen instructions to change or edit your delivery addresses.
Can I cancel, edit or change my order?
Of course! If you would like to make changes to an order that has been processed (paid for) or would like to cancel an order for any reason, please don’t hesitate to get in touch at email@example.com
