We deliver to the whole of the UK.

All deliveries in the south of the UK (anywhere up to Birmingham) are made in our own vans, by our own drivers. Further north of Birmingham, deliveries are made using a selection of approved service providers, who we use will depend on the size of your order and the exact delivery requirements

If your order is for a small part such as a tap or a basin waste, we may choose to deliver the product using a courier such as DPD, DX Express or DHL. We will only do this if we can be sure that the service we offer you won't be negatively affected.

Yes, collections can be made from our Andover depot between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Please contact us via phone or email prior to collecting.

Next working day delivery, if ordered by 3pm is available for certain southeast postcodes, deliveries to other postcodes are made on set weekly days, these are all outlined below.

We will despatch your order within 7 working days of your order being placed. We cannot guarantee our own transport but will be made using a selection of approved service provider’s.

Please note: If you arrange a delivery time and you aren't there when the delivery team turn up, there will be a re-delivery charge of £30 payable. If you require a weekend delivery please get in touch with your account manager.
